A thought about getting a male of our own, was a sum of many things. The main reason was, that Saga needed a new fiancee and the weren't so many suitable cats. Me and Marja came to a conclusion that if we bought the male together, the price would be about as much as paying for 70/kitten to a male's owner. Of course, the amount varies from the amount of kittens... But there's always a risk at these things. Plans are just plans and they can go wrong.

From the beginning we had one litter in mind. The luck (;-)) was on our side, and Emma had three boys and one girl. We had the opportunity to choose between those three and finally the creme guy was the one that breeder suggested and we accepted :-) The next problem was to find a suitable home for the boy. It's quite obvious that it wasn't such an easy thing to do... We had one possible home looked up before the kittens were born, but she suddenly disappeared.

At Seinäjoki (in march) we finally hit the jackpot ;-) Hannele, who owns the kittens father Piru, was there and we started to talk about how cute the creme boy was and how she adores creme cats.... Hannele was interested but for a while she tried to think with her brain, not her heart. But when she saw that adorable "little" man, she couldn't resist him. So Häjy moved with father Piru and Velho.

Häjy is a charming boy who loves to be a part of everything around the house... He's really easy-going and has adjusted to his new home brilliantly. Creme "cloud" was already 2115 g at the age of 12 weeks and hopefully he will grow as a strong, big boy. For Saga's fiancee, he has the perfect ears: Saga's are too high and Häjy's setting maybe a bit low. Häjy has strong boning and straight profile. Ching could be stronger, but you just cant have it all.
